BJJ

1.5 Hours BJJ

Learned how to sweep from the butterfly guard.  In butterfly guard, sit up and control an arm by snatching the opponents triceps and the other arm shoots an underhook on the opponents body.  Next drop the leg opposite the underhook behind you while lifting your remaining hook and dropping to your shoulder.  You will end up in either half guard (if you try for mount) or side control if you scissor you leg through.

I was not very good at it.
