BJJ

1 hour BJJ

I drilled omoplata, sit over the roll into reverse kimura.  I also drilled a bunch of armbars from guard.

Rolling was quite fun and I didn't gas at all despite an intense warm up.  Tomorrow I am going to try a 2-a-day just to see what I am made of... and just to see if it is possible.  I've found I enjoy pushing my body now that it's capacity for work has increased.
