BJJ

1 Hour BJJ

We drilled kimura from the guard.  After the professor turned it into a kimura/hip bump sweep if the person defends the kimura.  Good stuff.

My guard is terrible and is easily passed.  My goal this week is to work bottom as much as possible.  I am aiming for Omoplatas and today's kimura/sweep.  Of course in the heat of battle I'll take what I can get.
