BJJ

2 Hours BJJ

We drilled leg drag until my legs started hurting... more like leg bruise pass!

I like the leg drag position when/if I can get to it.  Bottom truly is helpless to stop the pass once that position is obtained (at least at my level).  We practiced taking the back into a collar choke from the back.  We also drilled side control to knee on belly into armbar.
