2.5 Hours BJJ
Today we drilled knee on belly, knee on belly switching sides, and reverse knee on belly spin into mount.
After drilling it a ton of times the professor played a game. He would yell out 1, 2, or 3 or some combo string. Us students have to perform those actions in a row, correctly. The professor walked around with a big wooden sword/stick and swatted incorrect foot/body placements.
1- knee on belly, back to side control.
2-knee on belly switch sides.
3-reverse knee on belly into mount.
During rolls I took what the professor told me last week to heart. I brought it hard.
I rolled with a brown, a purp, and 2 blues and I am satisfied with the results. Even though I didn't get any taps, I passed their guards!
My throat continues to be sore, and my right ankle has a NASTY big bruise.
