BJJ

1.5 Hours BJJ

Continued Omoplata from guard.  I love love the omo.  I want to make it a big part of my guard, which currently sucks.

I rolled with a new white belt.  Wow I have come a long way.  I was able to lapel choke and then arm bar him.  Progress!
