1.5 Hours BJJ
We continued with knee on belly to kimura. The top person pushes down the bottom persons hand (on the top person's knee) while shifting his body down back into side control. From there lock up the kimura and switch hips toward his head. Next take the your outside leg and lift it up and drop it to create momentum to swing the bottom person up while cranking the kimura.
After we expanded on the high mount armlock by starting from a Omoplata! The move takes serious finesse but basically as the bottom person rolls out of the omo, the top person lets his arm rest on the bottoms back, which creates friction. Top uses this friction and swings his leg out away from the bottom persons head. Top ends up in a high mount with the arm already almost locked up. Top just has to lean and swivel the hips for the tap. Money!
